That Numbers do not lie and she is mere points away from defeat

Michelle Bachmann is the Minnesota Congressional representative for the 6th District, who has made her hateful anti-gay position very clear. Her unusually poor performance in last week’s GOP primary and her sinking approval rating, which show that even her own party is running away from her radical politics, is about ready for LGBT revenge; lets support her opponent.

The Jim Graves for Congress Campaign is highlighting new infographics which show that the numbers are probably keeping Bachmann up at night – “the numbers that show her antics have finally come back to haunt her.” The survey found her leading Graves by just 5 points and under 50 percent, even though her name ID was almost 100 percent in the district and Graves is mostly obscure.

And so it is important for Democrats and especially the LGBTI community, a prime target of Bachmann’s radical fervor, to seriously note that she can be beaten by businessman Jim Graves. Yes, Graves can win the race and we can bring the campaign one step closer to that delightful moment by spreading the word that Rep. Bachmann is indeed vulnerable and ready for defeat. And that our donation dollars will be well spent on her opponent.

Polls show Graves is a mere 5 points away from catching her: “My campaign is not merely about defeating Michele Bachmann; it is about providing a better future for the people of Minnesota’s 6th Congressional District by dedicating myself full time as a business person with the know-how to create jobs. I want to replace Michele Bachmann because she is part of the inflexible extreme. Her freewheeling comments have made her a national media phenomenon, but they have not added one net job to the 6th District. ”

“In just three terms,” according to a Salon via Huff Post, Politics article , “Rep. Michele Bachmann has become an institution in the House, raising more money than any of her colleagues in either party and serving as the face of the insurgent Tea Party movement in Washington. With a massive war chest, a huge national following, and close allies with very big microphones, she seems unstoppable — so much so that she was at one point a front-runner for the Republican presidential nomination. But despite all that, there is a real possibility that Bachmann could lose her reelection bid this November.”

So call to action here friends of GAY U.S.A. the Movie – lets help support the one that would defeat her. Bachmann is anti DOMA repeal and would have “Don’t Ask Don’t Tell” reinstated in a heartbeat. We need to get the word out right away and show or Queer Power across the country! Let us help send her packing. Oh sweet revenge! With your support, Jim Graves can defeat Bachmann and put an end to the extremism that has made her famous at the expense of our country, and the LGBT community’s rights.

This is a somewhat conservative district and so I am not pushing for comments on LGBT equality comments by Graves although I know he is pro- choice and supports equality – in fact I welcome a strategic silence so did not ask any questions. We just want to see the spouse of owner of the “Pray The Gay Away Clinic “- Bachmann Associates – lose her seat! Bachmann needs to get out of Congress and a Democrat in that seat will bring great celebration.
